Keylite Manual Skylights
Manual opening skylights give you great sky views, added natural lighting in your space, and better aeration. These skylights are perfect for buildings with a 15° – 90° roof pitch.
Ventilation
Allow some fresh air into your home with the help of our manual opening skylights. Adjusting the winder allows you to control the air you want inside your space.
Easy to operate
Manual skylights are not only easy to install but also easy to use. You operate them by adjusting the resting position of the winder, and we can add more holes to meet your needs.
Flick-Fit Brackets
The flick-fit brackets help ease the process of installation.
Warm edge glazing unit
The glazing unit helps to prevent condensation and penetration of harmful UV rays.
Insect Screen
Keylite solutions have an insect screen to help you keep bugs at bay, especially during the summer months when flies and mosquitoes are in plenty.
Thermal Collar
The Keylite thermal collar is integrated within the frame to help with insulation. Consequently, this prevents condensation, which can affect the structural integrity of your building.
They have the looks
All manual skylights are aesthetically appealing, and they come as recessed fits and a more sculpted design to fit lower in the roof.
Keylite Electric Skylights
Keylite electric skylights will add a contemporary look to any home or office. You also get great views of the outside and ventilation. Plus, you can control all these features with a simple button click.
Easy to Install
Electric Keylite skylights are easy to install due to the plug-and-fit features that eliminate the need for many wires.
Efficient Glazing
As a standard, all Keylite electric skylights have a glazing unit that enhances performance, reduces condensation, and offers a heat block for comfort. The double glazing also provides 99.9% UV rays protection.
Remote Control
You can easily open, close, or adjust the blinds of your electric skylight using a remote control.
Beautiful additions
Electric skylights by Keylite come with a low-profile hood that enhances its look on the roof.
Multi Window Integrations
You can install several skylights within your home or office building and control them simultaneously using your remote control.
Thermal Collar
The thermal collar on all Keylite electric solutions helps to prevent cold bridging, thus offering a quick insulation solution.
Insect Screen
Like the manual series, the electric skylights also have an insect screen, so insects don't become a nuisance.
Pre-installed Flick-Fit Brackets
The flick-fit brackets make installations easy as they come pre-fitted for your unique needs.
Keylite Electric Skylights
Make your home brighter and energy efficient using Keylite fixed skylights. Fixed skylights are perfect for roofing profiles with a pitch between 15°-90°.
Security
Since fixed skylights are non-opening, they provide natural lighting and energy efficiency while guaranteeing security to your home.
Pre-fitted Brackets
Whether your roof is tile or slate, the flick-fit brackets make installations easy, and you can lift your skylight from its box and install it instantly.
Low E-Glazing
All fixed skylights have a low E-glazing unit that offers heat block and protection from harmful UV rays.
Thermal Collar
Keylites thermal collar is standard for all their range of skylights. Thermal collars are fitted to the frame, preventing excessive heat loss or heat gain.
Aesthetically appealing
The fixed skylights are beautiful and will compliment your roofing profile appearance. They come with a low-profile hood and a sculpted design that helps us install them lower on the roof.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why would I choose a Keylite Skylight instead of a ‘Dormer’ Window?
Compared with a dormer window (regarding the corresponding daylight area), Keylite Skylights provide significantly more natural light. A skylight installed in a roof pitch of 45° provides up to 40% more light than a dormer. The skylight allows unobstructed daylight as opposed to the dormer, where the dormer construction blocks some of the daylight from entering the room. In addition, it is much easier to install and maintain Keylite Skylights compared with a dormer. The dormer construction also has a larger heat loss than a Keylite Skylight.
Do Keylite Skylights come with a Warranty?
All Keylite Skylights are manufactured using the highest quality materials and workmanship, Warrantying many years of trouble-free enjoyment. All Keylite Skylights have a 10 year Warranty – you can register your skylight by visiting and filling in the online Warranty Form.
How do I weatherproof the flashings on the roof?
Keylite offer a range of dedicated roof flashings for different types of pitched and flat roof coverings, all tested for driving rain resistance.
Flashings are supplied in a range of standard colours or can be colour-matched to specific roof coverings, including composite panel and standing seam systems.
All flashings are manufactured from fire-retardant ABS giving an AA fire rating to BS476, meaning that they can therefore be used on roofs without restriction on number, spacing or position.
